How do I get alerts?: Link your Discord account and we send alerts as a direct message. If you use the iPhone app, you also get push notifications. Without one of those we have no way to reach you.
How fast are alerts?: We check registrars continuously and send the moment we see a seat. Seats can still be taken within seconds, so Klaxon improves your odds rather than guaranteeing a spot.
How do I cancel?: Open Settings and choose Manage subscription. That sends you to whichever service bills you. You keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for.
Deleting my account cancels my subscription, right?: No. Cancel your subscription first, then delete your account. Deleting the account does not stop billing, because the store handles that separately.
My school is not listed.: Tell us which one you need on the Schools page. We build the most requested schools first.
